Disappointed of the general organization and knowledge of the service. I was waiting 1h until they decided to take a break of 30min (there's no indication at all that they are doing this). So, I wait for another 30min. I do understand totally that we might wait longer sometimes, but this is not related to the personal but the general direction. The woman at the reception was friendly and she tried to help us as much as she could.

One lady at the window and a lot of people are waiting. Next to it, there is a cash deposit machine from the euro net with the Millennium logo, but by inserting the bank card, it is not possible to deposit money. They should do something about it ...

Super service. Quickly and efficiently. One star less for a loan or loan offer. It frightens me not only in this bank, but in others too. The lady was not intrusive with the offer and a plus for this lady.

nonsense. the branch is open on Saturdays and Sundays, but only for the needs of credit or general services. You can not withdraw or deposit money because "the cash desk only works in a week". A brilliant bank branch. Useful like a hole in the fence
