Fully booked when I dropped by. I wanted to ask if they had a slot later, but the guy at the counter basically refused to take a future booking from me since i didn’t speak Polish.
Note that I tried both English, German and Russian.
Piss poor attitude!
I had to call a Polish friend on my mobile and had him request a time slot for me, while the guy at the counter was looking annoyed.
They clearly don’t want any more business than they can handle, so I drove to another car wash just 5 minutes away.
Great service
According to a car wash that takes 60 PLN for cleaning the agent, is it the proper cleaning of the vehicle? You can forget about the dust near the door handles, but not something that is so obvious. I do not recommend
Great service from the Lord in the office, a super clean car at a really reasonable price (service performed on August 12, 2020 from 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm). Having experience from more than a year ago, when I was "chased away" by the then Lord in the office, today I was so positively surprised that I decided to leave a review. The gentleman from the office is really nice, polite, facing the client - at other car washes they can learn from you - the Lord was so "agile" that only the planned washing service persuaded me to wax, the most expensive package with an interior, he arranged for me already for the maintenance of skins and I must honestly say that I would love to go and from today I am a regular customer. To people who gave negative feedback - I understand, because I remember how it was, but give them a second chance, because it's really good! Regards, green Stelvio
