I am very satisfied with the quality of the services. I have a beautiful smile after taking the camera off. The only drawback was the delays, but the time devoted to each patient and individual approach compensates for the delays.

In the treatment company iDentical, I encountered a very specific situation. After moving from another city, my boyfriend and I decided to find a new, permanent doctor. After reading the reviews and due to the good location, we decided to sign up for iDentical. I arranged each of us for a free dental health consultation. Hence my surprise when, after a ten-minute visit, I was asked to pay the amount due (PLN 50). I informed the lady issuing the invoice that I received information about a free consultation during registration, I heard that one of the newly hired persons must have made a mistake. A similar situation happened with my boyfriend, in the end we both paid for the consultation. However, that alone would not have prompted me to write an opinion. Well, both me and my boyfriend left the consultation terrified. Each of us had eight cavities that could be filled and additionally recommended activities (oral hygiene, etc.). Something touched us, first my boyfriend went to his hometown and the dentist, who had been treating for a large part of his life so far, heard there that there were simply no cavities eligible for filling, but if he had already bothered, he could possibly remove the sediment from teeth. Taking advantage of my stay at my family home, I went to another (by the way, very respected in the area) entity, where I heard that a maximum of two teeth require treatment. The above difference in the assessment of the condition of the dentition is really intriguing ...

They don't take in emergencies. They suggest visiting the next day. As you know, with pain it is hard to wait when inflamed

I do not recommend it, I regret it because at the beginning of the treatment I was delighted with the clinic. 1. Continuous extension of wearing braces (from two years they have become four and the teeth still look bad and it does not seem like the braces will be removed any time soon) 2. Lack of convenient terms, and sometimes no terms at all. The control should be every 6 weeks and unfortunately it usually takes place every 4 or every 8. As if that was not enough, I reported the problem (a damaged apparatus that interferes with the functioning), then I heard that my doctor is not there, and for the next 2 I will also not get there at 11:00 (i.e. during my working hours). I understand that the clinic keeps an eye on the hours of patients' admissions, but you have to take into account that a permanent patient may come to an emergency. 3. Raising the price during treatment. I am not talking about adding the amount for disinfection recently, but about raising the price for a visit just like that. I believe that this is not fair for patients who, for example, wear braces and cannot opt ​​out of the service.

I recommend the clinic for the quality of its services and nice staff. I am a regular customer who started with wearing braces and ended up rebuilding her teeth with porcelain crowns. My teeth were badly worn down due to bruxism and needed to be rebuilt. I left this clinic with a beautiful smile and whoever I can, I recommend it 😊
