"Exclusive" company and everything is fine until there is a complaint. The 3-year-old daughter climbed onto the marble table (!) Which broke, there was no information about the permissible load, moreover, we would not assume that such a load would damage the marble. When contacting the company, the complaint was immediately rejected, even when we forgot to state the cause of the damage the first time, it is simply apparent from the assumption that they do not consider positively, and that's my impression. On the other hand, by a strange coincidence, the offer of this table model disappeared from the website. Re-contact, we provided the reason, the consumer ombudsman confirmed that the lack of fulfillment of the seller's information obligation regarding the permissible load entitles us to advertise the table. In response, a letter from the law office that they still do not agree with our position and we can go to court ... table like a table ok, but the approach is not pro-consumer, no other proposal, even a discount if we had such a crazy idea to buy a second in this company same. Hence my low rating

My favorite store in the Tri-City. At Modern Classic Home, we bought beautiful chairs, a bed, lighting in almost the entire house and accessories. Everything of great quality, beautifully made at very good prices. In addition, the owner managed to order me lighting that was not on offer, at my request. I love shopping at MCHome and highly recommend it to everyone.
