The price of the posters for their quality is low. I wanted to be fair and not have a poster made by a printing house, I wanted to have something from an "original" source. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the paper is not well-chosen. The whole thing is given a "noise" effect, which looks like a pixelated photo that someone has scaled with jpeg. The sieve on a nice cream paper would reflect the spirit of the Bauhaus (because I know linocut is expensive fun). Another thing is the service. Unfortunately, if not for my intervention, after 2 weeks, no one would have noticed the transfer made. No remorse and pretending everything is fine.
The store has some really beautiful things in stock. Very fast shipping, but it takes a long time to ask for a refund. I had to call for over 1.5 weeks with a request for a return for the returned product (after waiting 14 days for the Seller to return). At the beginning there was a problem with the system for a week (no document could be issued ??), then I was assured that today a transfer would be made, that someone would call back and not call back over and over again.
The shop was frivolous, within 30 minutes they raised the price of the product by 9% because in a telephone conversation I said that I was going to buy it for them. WEAK
ps. I understand your answer in the context of "image maintenance". However, it was I who suggested how to get out of the situation with your face, and you still preferred to wade in ... falsehood; I also wish you a good day.
I ordered posters, the prints were of poor quality, the colors were completely different from those shown on the website. The payback took a long time, I do not recommend it.
Great store! My orders were completed very quickly, including an explanation of the fate of the shipment that the shipping company failed. Professionalism from the beginning to the end of the transaction and taking care of the customer (including the fact that I have been warned several times that he would pay attention to the weight of the parcel, which was actually right :)).
