I want to warn everyone having a car and thinking about buying a car ensurance at "Sopockie towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń ERGO Hestia SA". After my car ensurance policy came to an end, they sent me an offer wich was very high. I cancelled the policy by internet and I thought everything was ok, and then after some months they were expecting from me to pay it. I called them and said to them that I already canceled it but they told me that it is not canceled. I already had bought an ensurance from another company with a better offer. Anyway I cancelled it one more time by sending them a letter from the post. They did not cancelled it anyway and kept sending me letters to pay for the policy, after that I called them telling there was a cancellation sent to you by letter and they told me they have not recieved any cancellation letter. When I told them that I have a confirmation letter from the post that the letter recieved to you they were acting like they found it. Anyway I had to pay for a policy that I was not aware of. They try to steal from you, and they are good at it. Thanks, peace!

Pathetic loss adjustment. The computer was damaged in the service and of course the insurer believed them, ignoring the fact that the service, wanting to blame me, accused me of breaking the warranty seals. CLOSING: the case went to court where I won. As for the damage, it turned out to be very extensive and the computer went on "razor blades".

Stalkers and tricksters double your insurance, even from the day the vehicle was purchased, giving you no chance of finding another insurance company. Tragedy and drama always have the same trouble with them, you do not get your paid policy back, they pass it on to another person and additionally charge for the next one. DEFEAT
