Ladies shopping very nice, fact, but they do not completely understand the customer at the service of changing the strings. I asked for a longer string so that the knots were not stretched to the maximum and despite the next exchange the bracelet does not look like I wanted: / Not everyone has a tiny handle and the statement that "I already gave a lot of string" is not very professional, because you had to delete more and not comment. Anyway, I paid PLN 37 for the string. I think enough for a piece of thread ?? The biggest absurdity is that after the exchange the strings did not move and you had to improve your own work (and the client waits again, instead of checking it before pickup when it was time for a possible correction).

From the very beginning I was greeted with a joyful 'good morning'. The ladies are ready to help and are very nice, so reading the comments below I am shocked, maybe misunderstanding, maybe worse day of the operating or serving lady. Fantastic service for me, I have no complaints. My expectations were met. I am happy to come back to this place more than once and I can highly recommend it to everyone. Deserved 5 stars

I entered the salon with the intention of buying the product, but since entering, the brunette did not want to help or advise. After asking for a try-on, the brunette lady making inappropriate faces and without explaining anything finally opened the drawer. If it wasn't for the fact that I really wanted to make a purchase, seeing the brunette's commitment, but rather the lack of it and malicious overtones, I would normally leave the salon. Ms. brunette is very rude and unhelpful, in addition, malicious to the client and in relation to a friend of the blonde, who, in fact, is a lot nicer and smiling from the very entrance. Ultimately, I bought the product, but if I knew that the service would look like this, I wouldn't buy ...
