Hello, I do not recommend this salon, I bought an engagement ring, but after a few hours a diamond flew out of it. For reasons unknown to us, no work was done while on the finger. Contact with the salon is known to be limited because it is holidays, but I am waiting for an urgent response from you ... Handing it over to my fiancee was a beautiful time for me and her, but of course this beautiful day for us was spoiled ..
I recommend shopping in such places to everyone. Large selection of rings. The staff was very nice and helpful. A very neat living room, there is a sofa and armchairs on site, so shopping can be done very comfortably and calmly. The ordered ring in an unusual size was with me on the next business day. She said yes :) The best prices are lower than the competition. 5/5!
I will start with the fact that Aclari has the best price-quality ratio on the Polish jewelry market! :) A wide selection of unique and unique models. It is not possible not to find your dream ring design. Especially since the service in the salon is pure professionalism.

The ring began to fall apart literally after a month of wearing, for no apparent reason. An attempt to reach an agreement was unsuccessful - a refund was refused, a PAID repair was offered, which did not make sense, because making the ring was miserable. This situation also exposed the hopeless customer service - delay, lack of interest in the problem. The case was brought about by an expert and pre-trial letter.
I sincerely advise against and please believe all negative reviews (there are few, because they are moderated via Opiconnect on Opineo).
