Professional equipment allowed to accurately locate the pipe underground, it turned out that there is a collapsed sewer pipe in the driveway of the house, which regularly had to unblock the pipes, sewer inspection solved the problem, I recommend the company and a plumber who did a great job👌
I do not recommend this company. Very unprofessional, very poor customer service. The kitchen sink cracked. The day before, we were informed by phone that the plumber would go to the store with us and choose the right sink for our recess in the countertop. The plumber was scheduled for 11.00. At 11.20 after his husband's call he said he would arrive at 14.00. He appeared, however, he informed her husband that he would not go to the store with him for the sink and that someone from the central office misled us. The husband spun to Castorama 3 times, as a result, it turned out that no sink matched our niche in the countertop. Plumber told us to order a carpenter to enlarge the hole in the countertop, then he would come and mount the sink. He does not do such things as enlarging the hole in the countertop. For dismantling the cracked sink, the Master of Central demanded PLN 350. We are very dissatisfied with the service of this company. I warn against this plumbing company.
I will add that another plumber did everything for PLN 150.
