My experience with this store is also very negative. A few months ago I ordered a product available in the Bestbrandsshop online store and paid at the time of purchase. Silence for the next 14 days. After a few calls, the lady informed me that it was my fault that I waited so much because I bought a product that is currently not available and the website says "we are waiting for delivery". After the conversation I checked - there was information available on the product and this information was also given on the day of purchase. The lady assured me that I would receive the package by the end of the week. I call again 10 days after the conversation. You say the product is still gone. I threatened to report the matter to the police and on the same day I received a refund. I advise against shopping in this store, service neglects the customer and gives false information, and the store sells products that are not in stock, which is not legal.

I've been waiting 14 days for a transfer, and still haven't received it. I will add that I check the account every day. The lady on the hotline claims that they are already issuing the transfer to the accounting department. I already know that there will be no next purchase.

Drama! In the case of returning the goods, there is no any feedback from the store. They do not respond to messages. You have to call, write and ask for a refund, which does not happen anyway. The case will end in court unfortunately.
