I've always loved these shoes, but the service in this particular salon is below any criticism. I understand that ladies can afford not to say good morning, surprusiness, rude talking about a meter from the customer? Maybe the company pays too much if you are not very willing to service? After the visit I am sorry that I have disturbed the ladies in a conversation with 3 people at the cash register;) unless you need to talk to a regional manager if the service does not depend on the budget and sales.
