Every time in this bank I meet a professional approach, a smile on the face of the ladies and a friendly atmosphere. Very kind ladies, they adapt to the client's needs and are people, not robots. Thank you ❤️

Defeat. Mrs. Klaudia who works there treats people with superiority and contempt. It is hard to answer her and when she does it it is only because she was asked what documents she needs. And when I answer that I need proof, I get a laugh in the face. :) at the request to close the account she came out practically screaming and reproach about the right we want to close the account, the answer that we got a better offer replied by what right as we didn't even ask her about the offer. And finally, when her dismissive tone died down, Darla documents because she stated that the signature differs from the original five years ago where even the signer could not see the difference. I understand that closing your account is not on hand but you don't do that. I will gladly close another account with you in my name :)
