For an eighty-year-old (hearing impaired), dealing with official matters is a problem. Despite my maximum attention, I often go out uninformed. Banking matters are not the simplest, but thanks to Ms. Monika, I felt comfortable (she was able to adjust her manner to the client's condition with a smile). For this type of service it gives 10+ points.

The lady in black curly hair is cheeky. When she sees that someone is coming and waiting, she starts to pretend that she is typing on the computer and very busy. It makes it difficult to delete personal data (in accordance with the GDPR). Of course, as the manager says "on vacation".

In a word, the massacre, my husband and I were in line for one of the ladies, two of them were in good condition, one was in no hurry, the service was served, the other was quite efficient, the two were in front of us, it was our turn when the lady called someone else from the queue, because these people have priority because they take loans but those who already have can wait until the dead end, we waited another 20 minutes, neither the first nor the second lady finished serving their clients, so we decided to leave the terrible slamazary because otherwise you can't call it
