5 star for this Excellent and professional friendly service. I came to Gdynia for the Ironman 70.3 race and unfortunately my bike had a minor damage during the flight. I brought the bike to the shop and the issue was solved in a matter of minutes. Besides the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and speaks excellent English. I received a lot of good tips and I ended up having the bike cleaned there as they offered that service. Very satisfied. I highly recommend this shop.

The bike is subject to a warranty inspection. The reported problem is a noisy drive. After a few days the bike was picked up and the same. In the meantime, information that the chain is stretched above the norm, attention- driven for tourism 600 km. Then information that the cassette should also be replaced. It informs that it should be replaced under warranty because the problem was from the beginning. Eventually he gets the information that the bike is ready for pickup. It turned out that nothing was done, and the drive somehow "repaired" miraculously. The drive continues to make noise and in correspondence with the Trek company, I learned that it is normal wear and there is no question of a warranty repair. I do not recommend Trek bikes or the store in Gdynia.

I used the rental (Powerfly electric bike), which for me was a form of a bike test before possible purchase. I will rent a second bike and make my decision. Great thing, you don't need to buy a pig in a poke. The rental conditions are very affordable, the service is nice and the bike can be returned to any salon. I would recommend.
