The saleswoman did not want to sell me non-alcoholic beer, she says that midnight, and what does it matter, I am a customer, there was 23.55, 500 meters away another station and there is no problem with buying non-alcoholic beer, you lose customers, this is what the station is for open to shop and refuel and the employee cleans up instead of serving customers

Night refueling from 9-10.03 - drama. I asked Mrs. 2x if she got the point "yes I got it" refueling almost 80l points were awarded 0. First she confused the payment card with the fleet and then did not add the point. After a 500km route, a hungry man so I thought I'd buy something warm at the station, but ... No possibilities, everything turned off and information that there is nothing warm at the moment. Night ticket - laughable. A terminal with a 3m cable that you must hold so that the terminal does not fall to the ground. 21st century mom. The only + is cheap fuel but from what I noticed it is a similar price in the whole 3-city. Already 3x met with (intentional or not intentional?) No added point for refueling. I don't know, maybe Shell's policy is such, or maybe just the staff is poorly educated. I will definitely come back and maybe then change my opinion. Regards.
