A friend who wanted to use the voucher came across an unprofessional and unpleasant employee who announced that the voucher is not valid and for the money on the voucher "he will certainly not perform such a service". After all, even if there was a misunderstanding, he showed no respect and willingness to solve the problem ... On the contrary, he was rude .. I do not recommend and advise against it. Perhaps the quality of the work is good, but there is no service and customer respect in this company. Unfortunately, I cannot refer to your answer, I can only edit the content of the opinion. Once again, you show how you treat the customer ... It just so happens that the voucher was not worth PLN 50, exactly 80 ... But it's not about the sum. Do you care about customers only those who will leave you with 300, 500 PLN? I understand, those for PLN 80 are worse :) Besides, it was part of the gift, but you shouldn't even care ... The customer is the customer. I had the pleasure of using your services and I bought the voucher ... just because I was satisfied. I really had no objection to your work. That's why we even chose this offer. Yes, there was a mistake and maybe it is on the groupon's website, but unfortunately IT'S YOU, the employee answered the phone when a colleague wanted to make an appointment. And it was the LORD employee who behaved the way he did. Forgive me, but in life after such behavior, I wouldn't even give my car for free. If the Lord does not control the workers, I would be afraid that he would not leave the whole place. Your reaction to the situation and contact with your colleague appeared only after adding a comment. I understand your indignation, but also let the Lord understand ours. It was really enough to say in a calm way that this is a mistake, after all, we are only people - a friend would definitely come and pay extra to the PLN 80. Everyone would be pleased. Of course, as you said, Groupon returned the money. There remains a disgust, after all.

Please note that the voucher was valid. The person answering the phone and receiving reports behaved unprofessionally. She did not show any initiative to explain the situation. A simple snarl. I do not recommend and advise against. I do not express my opinion on the quality of the service provided, perhaps it is reliable and noteworthy. However, this approach to the client leaves much to be desired.

This is the second time I use the services and certainly not the last. The second time when the car is leased and after the service, the car looks like new. Thank you, recommend and best regards
