I announce that magic happened and I do not know when my 8 was taken out ... with a sore tooth I lived like this since the beginning of the "pandemic" of drugs, how many I threw into myself ... I was afraid to go. .. and so I slime once, I said once, and it probably passed for a longer time .... I came across Mr. Dent.Dr. Artura Lebiedź .... Thank you Thank you Thank you 😊😊😊 I don't realize what a burden it is, suddenly wake up normally without pain ... See you at the next visits. My dentophobia is gone today ... pain zero. I highly recommend. The hygienist who carried out my hygiene treatment (scaling, sandblasting and fluoridation) was very nice and kind. Customer service as well. Very well spent money :)

I was in a very unpleasant situation, so on Friday I contacted the facility, because I needed help with my aching tooth and I received information from the secretary's office that a doctor's consultation is needed if he can see me and I will be notified on Monday, so I spent the whole weekend on painkillers. I did not look for other options because I wanted to go to the doctor who treated my teeth first. On Monday I waited until 10 am for a contact from NeoDental, but I did not wait and made the call again (people sometimes forget, and for me it was not a problem to remember), for which I got a "scold" from the secretary, I quote "I told you, that we will contact you. The doctor comes to work at 2 p.m. and then I will call you back, please wait. " If your secretary had said right away that she would let you know on Monday at 2 p.m., I certainly wouldn't have bothered with calls. At 2 p.m. you call back and receive the following message "the doctor will be able to see you, but only after you make a transfer of PLN 400, towards the treatment. You have not appeared many times and therefore it is required now. the words of the doctor ". I was really shocked because I am 100% sure that visits that I had not been able to attend in the past were postponed / canceled by me the day before the visit when I was called to confirm it. It is not my fault that on the part of the facility it was not recorded in the system. I am more sure that the situation in which I do not come to an appointment without prior information did not take place. NeoDental lost the client with this behavior, because I will not send money for a service that has not yet been performed and I will not allow myself to be treated as such. The whole weekend that I spent on painkillers, I could have spent looking for help if you had told me right away. There is no fault with the standard treatment of teeth (I was the only one), but the approach to the client leaves much to be desired.

I was admitted the same day in addition to the peak of the pandemic. Medical care at the highest level ❤ full professionalism, mega approach to the patient. I have never come across anything like that the next day after my visit, they call me and ask how she feels. Usually the dentist does his job and does not care about the patient's fate. But not in Neodental. Masters in their trade. I recommend it with all my heart
