Good quality products, good customer service
The service here is just terrible. The staff bicker and argue in front of the customers. I was argued with and called a liar when I said I hadn't received a text from them. I never said they hadn't sent it and I was stating matter of fact with no accusations. Having worked in a such a place however, this was the least professional I have ever seen a group of employees work. If you don't like your job, change it.

A month ago I wanted to buy a glass hob gas service, I bought from a competition where I received full truthful information. The day before yesterday, 11 09 2020, I wanted to buy a cooker hood. Again failure, the lady had no knowledge, so she answered from outer space. Again in another store I received all the information I needed and made the purchase. When I told the seller what I learned in the euro-agd, he could not believe it. It was a pity that it used to be a very decent store, now it is better to avoid it. Employees are only interested in squeezing any goods and preferably with extended warranty because that's what they get at the bottom.
