To anyone who chooses to settle any matter I will answer for the service of this institution: "You won't do anything here, go to the branch in Cieszyn". When attempting to file a complaint for wasted time - you can expect a phone call from the facility with claims and accusations against the client. On the bank's website itself it is written that they make contact only in important matters. Insulting the customer is clearly an important issue. Summarizing. They should close the outlet so that no one else would spend time with Magdalena P. from service, because you can meet with such an attitude towards the customer.

Hmm well coz 2 times I was obslugivana by p .Magdalene Parzyk in Skoczów I once thought that he has just a bad day but I visited point 2 g and once I was even worse So I do not write often opinion but I promised myself it will not leave so Well I wrote yesterday to find out something about the account without a smile even unpleasantly sent me with questions to Cieszyn and after my asked if he can p I won and you ask in the branch Cieszyn bothering me question retreated ignorance me ??
