Change the departure times because they do not match the correct hours, I had to wait a few chopped hours for the next train through chopped wrong driving hours !!!
The stronghold of today's Skoczów was a stronghold located about 2 km southwest of today's center (at present Między Międzyć). This stronghold, founded on the site of an earlier settlement of the Lusatian population from around the 5th century BC, was inhabited by the Gołęszyc tribe and operated in the 7th-9th century AD
Very nice train station but unfortunately neglected. Beautiful columns in the station building - unfortunately closed. The platforms are very narrow but fortunately without stopped trains do not pass. The proximity of two water towers is positive. Next to the station are the ruins of an old aboveground passage. The platforms are supposedly to be modernized and a new footbridge to be built. I recommend to all mics.
Not a bad cozy town with good infrastructure. There are Tesco, Several Bedronon, Lidl and Zhabka. Cons that there are very few other stores and a small selection of banks. There are only Eurobank, Pekao and PKO. Well, although for a town with 9.5 square kilometers is not bad.
Nice pre-war but station building closed. Requires renovation and sharing. I dreamed that it would look like the one restored in Goczałkowice-Zdrój.
