We get other letters, instead of parcels, we only get a delivery note, the postwoman does not even deign to get out of the car and ring the bell to check if anyone is at home. It seems to me that the facility employs illiterate people

Service stopped in a way. Ladies working in this institution should retire long ago, because their contact with the client is not characterized by any interest, willingness to help, empathy or even a bit of humanity. The search for paths to reduce their responsibilities seems so fierce that coarse chatting and harassment of the customer seems to draw more energy than actual work. I believe that making a row with a client and insulting him in order to free himself from the unpleasant obligation to fill in the fields, which the postal worker is supposed to fill, is the worst testimony that people working in this facility should be isolated from all contact with people to take care of maintenance healthy interpersonal relationships. I recommend this institution only to extreme masochists who hate themselves.
