This is some kind of mockery. The branch in my town was closed and now all pensioners, because they usually have accounts in this bank, including my aunt (94) has to travel to another branch ... And there is a queue for an hour ... And your cashier instead of handle standing with girlfriends and leading discussions. Joke.

As for the business account, I couldn't find a better place. When help is needed, they work quickly and efficiently.

Recently, the internet payment system (probably since the introduction of an additional sms when logging in) is underdeveloped and there are often some hangs at the final stage (verification of the sms code) and from time to time it fails to make a transfer the first time, and you need to repeat the operation. My internet operator sees no error on his part, which would be correct, because sending a transfer from Mbank is never done with such "overhangs". Today it is a total strange thing, when after 2 attempts it blocked the possibility of transferring from the account at all, and the unblocking is only PLN 5 which I found out not on the bank helpline but after checking the account! This is pure mockery! It's best to do the system so that it blocks the account from time to time and swipe 5 PLN from customers ... NO WAY !!!

To charge for unblocking internet payments - mockery ....... ..... besides, the lady with whom I spoke should inform about the costs related to this .....
