As a former customer of Vax, I will share my "impressions" that I am working with the above company. A promising start, I went to several plots, one better, the other worse, life. We definitely liked a plot of land, we set a price. Before signing the contract, it suddenly turned out that the owner of the plot changed his mind and the price of the plot went up by 15%. Oddly enough, the agent stopped answering phone calls earlier, she sensed that we care and the price soared. We noticed a flaw on the plot, it turned out after the geologist's vision and the verification of old maps that the plot in most of its part was not suitable for building a house. The agent surprised, I did not know anything, impossible as an honest company withdraws from the sale, of course ... then I see that they continue to offer it ... for good money. I hope that the future client will check the plot from different angles. My suggestions, in cooperation with Vax, check the old plot maps, contact the UM of the given location, phone the local geologist, plus negotiate commissions, and cities also sell plots in the area and at much better prices without a mine in the form of geological problems, without cheap tricks ... To sum up, I do not recommend it, it is a waste of nerves, health ..

Refreshment to previous assessment and comment: The ladies have reflected and the real day the next day (today) called to clarify the matter and propose this apartment again, although it is a bit late reaction, I appreciate the desire. Comment with one star: Very not cool behavior, arrange a meeting with the client to see the apartments for rent and rent them (call us) an hour before the meeting we are on our way because someone came and as you said "he dropped the money table". Respect. I suggest you improve communication in the company.

I highly recommend VAX :) Conscientious, committed, reliable, accurate and polite professionals. The matters of notary, offices, documents, necessary certificates, etc. are just a formality, most cases were organized by VAX, this type of help from the company is invaluable. Securing the interests of both parties, a very nice atmosphere during cooperation are other huge advantages. I can recommend the office as very good.
