Epic fail. I bought two prepaid starters. Problems with them began from the very beginning. No services in the activated package, disappearing funds from the account, etc. When I wanted to ask for help, I was dismissed. The lady informed me that assistance is provided only to customers with a subscription service. Massacre. Avoid wide arc.

Mockery from the client !! Only one person operates in the customer's salon after an hour, the waiting time is hours !!! Mockery and mockery again !!! I have used this point for years, but this is my last visit here. A complete lack of respect for the client !!!

I will never be persuaded to Cyfrowy Polsat, waiting for anything is hours. Contradictory information at any point, including a helpline. Termination of the contract is not the end, after a month you have to go again and wait 2 hours (I am sitting so long, and two more people in front of me) to give away this hanging decoder. In addition, dozens of telephones at any time of the day why I give up and what a great offer now is for me. No words...
