Incompetent and rude staff serving individual clients. The behavior of Ms Katarzyna (manager ???) would be difficult to accept, even at a market stall. I advise you to avoid the facility with a wide berth.

I will say this, thanks to Ms. Katarzyna, they did not lose a client from this point, I was sent from 3 different places of this bank until finally this lady solved my problem in 5 minutes. Professionalism and kindness, I wish more such employees, and of course I will certainly visit this point again.

Tragedy. I do not recommend one checkout window and a very long waiting period. I will add that I was there on an ordinary day around 11.00, not during the hours of greatest traffic.

Failure big queues for customer service ... eternal waiting over an hour .. I strongly advise against !!
