The catastrophe serving the Lady seems to be working there under duress or punishment: pretentious tone, disrespect for the client and his time. In general, I advise against visiting this place.

Friendly atmosphere, because at the very entrance I feel like among friends - a welcoming smile gives courage to a partner conversation. Every case, problem, clearly, understandably explained. I feel safe in solving my banking affairs because they are dealt with at a high level of empathy. Thank you, P. Sabina, P. Izabela, P. Agnieszka for professional skill in handling the descent to the customer's level.
