Drama. Pandemic, a queue at the door for an hour to stand, one man handling 1 person 10-20 minutes at the check-in window, a bored lady sits next to it (from credits). The lady manager is calmly drinking coffee next door in the room. I strongly advise against this branch

The terrible quality of the employees of this department. In general, this bank is a relic of the past but these people can not grasp anything.

I have already been here a few times, the cashiers are great before retirement, despite this they try to quickly take care of the client, especially when the queue is made, as for their age, quickly settle this matter and Western Union.
