I'm a bit disappointed with the store. I bought the item for a gift, it turned out that my friend has the same one. I wanted to exchange or return a different model. Unfortunately, there are no returns at all, so you have to think carefully for something to buy, no information. Second: holidays and the store has huge shortcomings, you can order after Christmas only. I could exchange the item but there is no return difference in the same amount. Ms. said: please choose something because there was nothing in this amount that suited me ... I will add that I have already spent PLN 209. Interest in the client is by no means the lady who served me. That was my impression. And one more exchange only in the store you bought in, there is no possibility of exchange in another which makes no sense to me. The store has nice things but if you miss a gift it's a problem. And this is really big. Information should be there.

Customer service sensitive to the needs! The lady who served me quickly and professionally pointed out what we can do to solve my problem. Accepted and completed complaint during the week thanks to the lady who made a phone call in my case. I got permission to exchange jewelry that was damaged for a new one! The human approach to the customer always catches me. I heartily recommend because if something goes wrong, everyone will try to make you happy as I am, especially my wife because it was a present for her. For my part, thank you again for going beyond the scheme .. I recommend I will definitely be back

Ladies in the salon nice, but the way to handle complaints is a huge mockery !!!! I got a silver bracelet as a gift from my husband, price PLN 150, after a week of wearing it started to 'rip'. I returned to the complaint, after 3 weeks I received a text saying that they invite you to receive the complaint. On the spot I learn that she came back from repair, but it could not be repaired. Annoyed I asked for the same, there is no place, they have to order. A month passed, no response, so I went to ask. A new bracelet was waiting for me, but ATTENTION! Apparently because the payment was a card, to get it I have to pay again! and they'll pay me back for her. I wonder how it was with the advertised car, which has a factory defect. I advise against shopping at YES!
