The postman doesn't want to go to the 3rd floor - it's better to throw the delivery note in the mailbox at the entrance each time and be done with it. At the post office, you can search and stick stamps on an envelope for 5 minutes without worrying about the waiting ones. Komuna as if time would stop in the 70's - I do not recommend it.

Best post office in the area. Very competent service - Mr. Piotr gives advice. Ms. Ania, the postman is a unique woman, knows her customers their customs and package will always deliver as the recipient is at home, and always with a smile on his face.
The gentleman at the post office is patient and I have the impression that he was created for this job: D.
