I wanted to write a comment and i saw what is others experiance. So, my experiance is bad only with one older woman. She is so rude without reasons!
But probably there is another woman in different shift that is normal one.
I think that someone will read and check behaviour of employee that is unproffesional.
Lady with short gray hair is the worst possible and most unpleasant person I met in any govermental department. She has to get in normal mood as she works with people.
The thought that I have to go to this place to pick up a registered letter makes me sick. Very rude and unhelpful service.
Lady nice and helpful. Anyone can have a bad day. Overall I recommend it.
Quick and professional. Mrs. explains everything patiently.
