Dramat, cała poczta Polska to jakiś jeden wielki cyrk, wam się chyba wydaje, że dalej macie monopol, zamówiona paczka z miejscowości oddalonej o 350 km jedzie do mnie drugi tydzień, 3 dni leżała w Warszawie a teraz drugi dzień k#$@a leży w Mikołowie i dalej nie jest wydana do odbioru!!! Choćbym miał 5razy więcej zapłacić konkurencji to to zrobię, nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z waszych nędznych usług!!

One star is too many. All day at home and a delivery note in the mailbox, but still nothing. One day, meeting the postman (waiting for a registered letter - envelope), he gives me a delivery note 😳 !! And he brazenly says that I can pick up the parcel only the next day. This is a scam (after all, you pay for home delivery [regardless of size]). Tomorrow I will move heaven and earth for the regulators to take care of this.

For 40 minutes I have been trying to call the facility at Żwirki i Wigury and no one is answering. I wanted to report the delivery to the wrong address, where the recipient said that he was not waiting for the parcel, but the courier left and went. The house number is correct, but the street is completely different. A mockery, ladies and gentlemen! An elderly person has to rush to the facility to fix the courier's error?

Never! They absolutely never peel! Why do you need calls if no one kindly picks it up and you use them to call Grażyna if it stays on its head or to cook minced or pork chops for your husband!

The only plus is the long opening hours, but it's still best to be prepared for long lines. It is a pity that advised money orders can only be picked up here and this is the unfortunate queue. In addition, once a parcel of Courier 48 circulated between Łaziska and Mikołów and so for two weeks it could not reach the addressee - we managed to get through, but the staff could not help.
