Hopeless service, the lady in the window forever dissatisfied. The post in terms of appearance and service as from the times of the Polish People's Republic. Only postman reliable and very polite, sympathetic.When it happens that if someone else spreads letters or parcels (when the postman has holidays, etc.) parcels, even after two weeks, are at the post office and there is no advice in the box. On the shipment stamps stamped, that twice awiz is impossible due to the fact that always someone is at home. Even important shipments are treated negligently and people are waiting and get angry. that despite all the negative opinions and continuous writing about the fact that no advice is delivered, no one did this order. The case should go to the head of the Polish post in Tychy. A lady from the post office. And, I would advise you to think about retirement. It is not suitable for customer service.

Opening hours are quite unprofitable, if it is not possible to choose a day to pick up the package, but if someone has - it can follow a certain pattern. At the moment, the facility on Mondays and Tuesdays is open from the morning to 14:30 (so the mail can be picked up in the morning), on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 to 17:30 (mail to picked up in the afternoon), and on Fridays from 12 : 00 to 20:00 (to be picked up in the evening). The place itself, however, ... the door looks old, the interior looks the same; Dark corridor, behind it a long and narrow room with a counter and one open window and typical bullring on the exhibition - children's books, landlord's calendars etc. Service - I have the impression that you rather like this job on average, or it has so much on its head that there is no time for anything that could be classified as "correct behavior". I have no regrets, postal services can be implemented here, but if there is such an option, I will send correspondence to the main post office, to Dąbrowski, and if not - well, at least access to the facility is easy, because it is St. Anne.
