I am a regular customer on this point and I must honestly admit that I do not know where these negative comments came from. The ladies working there are really nice and, above all, helpful women. My opinion does not only concern my service, but also results from the observation of the work of the ladies, because I have witnessed customer service on this point many times and I believe that it is conducted at the most appropriate level. Depending on the circumstances, the point is nicely decorated, thus making the aesthetics of the place pleasing to the eye.

Very friendly service, everything was done smoothly and without any problems. The serving lady instructed me how to send the package (I rarely do it), without nerves and with a smile.
