The location of the facility and opening hours are very customer friendly. The level of customer service (sometimes) deviates from applicable standards. If we are lucky we will find two active service stations and nice ladies. If we are unlucky we will reach a queue, two or three positions open, after which we will reach the window. The lady will display a closed plate with a smile. The queue increases, only one station is open. In the meantime, three people are moving behind the back of the only working lady, having conversations not always related to the occupation. The lack of organization of work and lack of respect for the time of other people (clients) is responsible for positively opinions.
