You have a childish approach to your company and clients. There have been two maintenance appointments already, and the same thing every time. A precise appointment is made for the visit and Mr. Bugla is not even in the workshop and is not answering the phone. After a week, the same thing again, you finally stop answering even the phone. After about a year, another attempt was made to contact the boss to make another appointment regarding the maintenance of the car. The situation repeats itself one hundred percent. We agreed on a preliminary date, but we waited for the good weather to dry the car, at the same time the epidemiological restrictions were released and people from abroad could already go to Poland. Suddenly it turned out that Mr. Bugla already had a lot of cars and was busy with cars from the west. He stops answering our phone again. Childishness! Better to look for another company.
