Unfortunately, I had the dubious pleasure of visiting this bank to clarify some issues regarding loan repayment. The gentleman who provided the information allegedly was the head of this unit. Initially, he tried to explain something while asking questions on my part to make sure that I understood the issue correctly, the Lord did not let me come to a word by interrupting my questions in half sentences. When I asked if I could finish the question, I heard everything I said. In a word, embarrassment, lack of competence no more such a bank and such service.
