A customer-friendly bank. Only a short working time. Closing at 15.30 is too short in my opinion. Until 5 pm it would be just right.

The worst bank I've ever met. Service failure in the branch N. Bytom. When you enter, you feel the cold like a morgue. Fees and other issues related to the account failure. It is good that the liquidation of the branch forced me to change the bank.

I came to the Cooperative Bank in Gliwice to settle a simple matter, pay the contractor for invoices. To do this, I had to fill in the payment form, the same as at the Post Office. In any other bank, before paying the money, I am asked to check the data entered by the cashier and sign it. There is no such possibility at Bank Spółdzielczy. Correctly transcribed data is guaranteed by the cashier's stamp on the copy of the print, which I filled in myself. In addition, it is the only document confirming the payment. The same standards are offered only by Poczta Polska, with the difference that it is cheaper. I gave up the payment service for fear of the security of a correctly executed transaction. Paweł Mazur
