Nervous atmosphere, harsh air conditioning. There were three clients before me. One gentleman complained about additional charges for an unknown reason and ignored complaints from a month ago. Another lady was surprised by the charge that she allegedly had no right to make because she did not use this service. (In the meantime, five people lined up for me.) Earlier, I thought about my main account, but I changed my mind. Edit: When closing the account, I was accused of immoral use of the account (I took advantage of the bank's promotion), although everything went according to the rules set by the bank. You can be sure - I won't come back here anymore.
