Mortgage service is full of professionalism but also, which is rare nowadays, the real commitment of Bank employees. Mrs. Małgorzata Ferenc and Mrs. Sabina Sapa are high-class professionals. The Bank's guidelines were presented to us in a comprehensive and completely legible way. At each stage of the procedure we had constant contact with both ladies, which eliminated the possibility of making a mistake. Time to settle the matter was limited to the necessary minimum. My contact with the bank is through Sabina Sapa (mortgage loans). When it comes to service from Mrs. Sabina, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Professional and very nice service, individual approach to clients and listening skills. recommend
