It's open from 9am, but you have to wait for the cashier until 9:30. The closure is the same for the department. I felt pounded for the second time

Only one cash desk is open, at the cash desk a person pays a suitcase of currency, the cashier checks each banknote, waiting time is about one hour !!! Can there be at least two cash desks in such a large and well-known bank? I do not recommend this facility in any way !!!

I do not recommend! today I was and it turned out that the site did not change opening hours. It was until 17:30 and they closed at 17:00 And I was due to a system error that caused me not to be able to make a transfer from the currency account. I was supposed to make a transfer today so I only lost my money by converting because I will have to change back to PLN. In addition, a bug has recently appeared in their banking system that shows with the same transfer that once it is made into one account and once the other. Embarrassment. Nice schiz I had, after making a transfer, it was displayed that it was made to a different account number. It is best that one number appears once and the other time. You can even confirm the same transfer to 2 different accounts.
