This is one big misunderstanding, rude staff (Sabina), insolent pseudo-manager, one big drama. I do not recommend anyone to be served by lazy and incompetent people from this salon. Plus, if he wants to extend the contract, he calls every 5 minutes, but if the client wants to do something, he puts the logs under his feet.

Yesterday I was at this point three service people and one of you supposedly "manager." When I found out why she handles it herself and two people carry cardboard boxes that the delivery of goods. Before me, there was another gentleman who thanked for such service. The lady said that such customers do not need, I think that such a person should not work with people. I advise you to avoid this salon !! !!!

Today, on February 19 this year, it took place very harshly the situation at the Plus Point in the Forum Shopping Center in Gliwice at Lipowa Street. My grandmother came to the point of purchase top-up to the phone and with a request to top up her phone with a code, which she purchased at that point. The point is open from 9:00 am but the ladies who worked today came late. Moreover, after My grandmother was unpleasant when I bought a top-up for the phone treated. At the request to top up her account with the purchased code, the lady in a very unculturally refused to comply with this request. I am asking for an intervention. The customer who comes to the point is waiting comprehensive service in a given area. If the ladies that work on the position of customer advisers have a problem with elementary rules of personal culture and are unable to properly exercise theirs these duties should not work at any given point. Grandma was very upset by the situation. To this day, it was satisfied with the services provided and had no objections related to customer service. Whenever it came to the point she was advised by a very nice, cultured gentleman. Looking at the number of negative opinions about the salon and how long have negative opinions been issued, I conclude that the management represents the same level as the ladies working in this salon. Since the management is not able to draw the right conclusions, it allows for rudeness, insolence, arrogance and lack of professionalism.
