Nice and professional service when choosing a ring. I just don't understand why you repeated the price of the goods twice when replacing the size of the ring. It even sounded like this was the company's procedure, and at no stage in the sizing operation is this information needed, especially for the person for whom it was a gift.

The lady manager is a wonderful, very nice person who literally stands on his head to favor the client. She took off the ring I needed quickly, while other salons said it could take up to a week, and then it worked smoothly to replace it with a smaller one. I truly honestly recommend this salon, full of professionalism and great, devoted and enthusiastic approach to the customer. I would recommend!
