I have been living here for 4 years and each time the advice note was left in the box without an attempt to deliver, while there is always someone at home. The cup of bitterness was shed by the fact that on October 27, 2020 I was sent a letter from the office and I have been waiting for a month.

The average branch, often one window is open, and during the epidemic, the opening hours were not updated in Google - you can kiss the door handle. Permanently they do not answer the landline number.

The internet is out of date for the office's opening hours. It may be worth updating them, especially since the change is caused by a fairly significant cause (epidemiological threat). I found an advice box today. I understand and support the limitation of the postman's contact with people, but the advice written quite illegibly, I conclude from it that the date by which I can pick up the parcel is arbitrary because day 722 simply does not exist, unless it is July 22.

The postman notoriously provides only an advice note, in the system he indicates that the package has been delivered, and there really is nothing. It happens not once that I am at home, and the "ghost notice" is delivered. The postman of this department does so with almost every package. The Polish Post should check this facility, because it is clear that the money that is paid to the postman for delivering letters is thrown away if the consumer does not receive his correspondence, sometimes very important.
