A tragedy when it comes to handling. Always only one open window and constant queues.
The service was terrible. I was just a massacre. Today I was in the 8th month of pregnancy, of course, I waited in the queue and then it turned out that my parcel is still not in the mail despite the notification, but it was nothing, the lady in the window said that it was my fault, it's just a massacre !!!!!! !!
Long waiting time for the shipment. No possibility of paying by card upon delivery to your home. Mrs. Courier is not nice.
I am happy with the e-mail service. All in black and white. They have an additional offer (for waking up in line: p). And that you have to wait a minute like everywhere in Biedronka and in the bakery.
