Drama, I am just coming back from the post office, the Lady said that she did not see my parcel in the database and could not send it and could not help me. There is a package on the tracking because I just checked it, so I don't understand what the problem is. I asked for help and was not offered any alternative, I heard that I probably printed the consignment note inexpressively.

The worst facility in Gliwice! Management to exchange. When I asked for a conversation with Ms. Chief, after 20 minutes of waiting, she just deigned to go out to the client with great grace. Her outfit did not indicate at all what position she occupied, shorts as if she were over water and not at work. Insolence and vulgarity. I hope that I will never have to go there again. Customer service lasts a long time. Pregnant women or small children are not operated out of turn. Noise from the back. Eternal only two windows open. I do not recommend!

They do not want to distribute their postal items (even registered envelopes) and give them advice to their mailboxes. Then you have to stand for hours in a queue, to pick them up with a parcel that someone paid for, to be delivered to the address indicated! Is not it thievery?
