Awful. Snail pace and huge waiting line. It looks like a sundry shop not a post office. I will avoid this place in future whenever possible.

Free parking for up to one hour, provided that the ticket is collected from the parking meter and left in the car window (popular practice to ensure the capacity of the parking lot and no problem with parking space). A post office that fully provides all services, from postage of letters, parcels, express, deposits, as well as a wide range of banking and insurance products such as free bills, low-interest loans, attractive motor, property (house and apartment), tourism and life insurance. 3 customer service counters available and all open. Competent, efficient and friendly service, no queues. I recommend.

Huge queues until you no longer need to receive notifications. I do not recommend this facility

I don't understand a bit of the negative comments below. Today I was in the facility, 3 windows are open, 2 people are served, I am approaching 3. I have stood in a long line more than once, but I don't think you can blame it for that. I have nothing to complain about the service, ladies very nice, they always explain everything and provide comprehensive information, I believe that with high personal culture, respect, human approach and patience. The downside is that it happened several times that the postman delivered the delivery note after the collection date, or it seems that there was no attempt to deliver it, only a note in the mailbox at once.

I stopped ordering anything by post because I either get an advice note after 3 months or the package doesn't arrive at all. The package sent to me from Pszczyna did not arrive at all. Another time I got a notification twice for a different address, on a completely different street. Mess and tragedy
