You can not come 15 minutes before closing, because the offended Lady will not send an economical, but will stretch the twice as expensive recommended in anger, "because you can not" even though the larger and heavier package could be sent in another facility. It's been the same for years, you can't come either too early or too late. If it were a private company, it would care for the employees' personal culture, but unfortunately it is as it is.
