We are a Hotel in Val di Fiemme (Italy) that received a reservation for 7 person during the Winter 2018/2019. The guest come and had a nice week with us. When we contact the agency for the bill it was disappeared. They never pay the invoice for the guest.

Hello! We have just returned from Greece Paralia.Hotel Porto de Sol.Hotel great, breakfasts a miracle of honey, a village close to the sea and a view for an extra charge, however, the description in the folder and it is supposed to be transport by luxury bus is one big defeat. This "Luxsus" had a klima which arrived last but not least. At night, the driver fell asleep behind the steering wheel, only the vigilance of the passenger woke the driver who said "it doesn't fit, I invite you for the steering wheel". Safety not enough. Driving along side roads not to pay for the highway is the next defeat. 31 hours of travel is an exaggeration unless the other way, someone else picks us up and brings him to his destination. We know that the owner of the office does not manage, but he hires a carrier and I should be aware that these people give their lives for these hours in his hands.

I do not recommend. Together with friends, we wanted to go on vacation with this office this year. We have been contacted many times in this matter, with every conversation we were assured of sending their offer immediately, on 7-8 phone calls the offer was sent 3 times! And what's more, it was not a response to our clearly defined expectations, hence the re-calls. With each subsequent call, we had the impression that the service does not want our contact, although as for courtesy, we have nothing to complain about. You can see that they don't care about the customer. It was definitely our last relationship with this office.

Offer consistent with the description. Ms. Resident helpful and very symaptyczna. Ms. Dagmara knows the countries to which she sends tourists very well. She tells you where to eat, what to see. Contact the office is always RECOMMENDED: D
