It's true that in Katowice they probably have a problem with each other because I, too, were asking why I didn't do everything in Chorzów, since I'm from Chorzów - and I was in Katowice, I needed to choose money from the account ... later, I only went to Chorzów as I wanted to change something and really, really nice ladies and try to arrange everything with even the smallest things. After that they have delicious cocoa:) It is a pity that they have a paid car park: (Nowhere near the facility can not be parked for free!

I am pleasantly surprised by the speed of service, an additional plus for simplified formalities. It is a pity that such a professional approach is so rare

This is not a bank but a cafe. You can drink coffee, but they don't accept zlotys on your account. If someone expects coffee, I recommend it, and when it comes to zlotys, it's better to have an account at another bank
