I have not encountered such unpleasant service at the bank for a long time. Ladies at the very sight that I entered the ward had a problem, which was recognized by their faces. An impolite employee approached me with grace. She did not help me in my case, but offered to contact me by e-mail submitting a "complaint" - DRAMA! She didn't even sit down, just stood over me as if she knew that I would leave soon anyway. To release!

The service is terrible Ladies judge people by their appearance, they know everything better than the system
